學生作文





1.     In the English class, the boy was so tired that he took a nap when the teacher taught hard last week.
è 建議可將地方副詞(in the class)與時間副詞(last week)分開寫,因可能會容易搞混其順序,或者看起來有些繁雜。若有題幹限制,則不在此限。
è 老師很努力地教學可寫成: the teacher tried his best to teach / the teacher made his effort to teach
è 另外,為了增加文章的可看性(長度 或是 湊字數),可以對於小男孩為何很累的原因。

2.     Without interest on / toward (對於) the subject, the boy fell aleep / felt sleepy.
è The teacher spoke enthusiastically 已經有些重複了,故刪除。
è 因為強調對於這個科目沒有興趣,因次可嘗試將其放置於句首。例如:
In the morning, I ate sandwich for brerakfast. /  I ate sandwich for breakfast in the morning.

3.     Some of them was lost for word and felt astonished and the others turned to be angry because of the noise .
è 可以練習 some… (the) other 等用法。
è Lost for word 和 astonished 是否為一樣的情緒,故老師將其放在一起。But it’s up to you(隨你),也可以將其分開。
è 可以思考一下,為何學生會感到生氣?跟前面打瞌睡的原因一樣,可以加上理由。

4.     In fact(=Actually), the teacher did not shout at the boy on purpose. 老師不是故意要對學生大吼大叫。
à 這個句子拿來當作承上啟下的一句轉折句。原因留後詳述。

5.     The responsibility of being a teacher in class is to remaind the students who fell aleep or didn’t follow(= obey) the class rules.
è 其實,你想表達的意思應該是,老師會提醒每個在上課會做夢(不守秩序)的學生?是嗎?
è 所以,上一句才會以"老師不是故意要對學生大吼大叫",更可以拿來解釋"學生為何會生氣,最後卻轉而願意接受處罰"

6.     The boy suddenly understood (= grasped) what happen and accepted the punishment at the same time.
è At the same time 放置於句尾,因為"了解"與"接受處罰"這兩個動作是同時發生的。

建議: 
1.     可先將中文的草稿擬出,中翻英會比較容易且文章會較具有邏輯。
2.     一般來說,前面兩個圖的內容可以列為第一段;第三張圖片與結論應列為第二段。

英文講義--12時態講義


過去簡單式(past simple tense)
S + V-ed
表示過去發生的動作或狀態
   ExI played tennis yesterday. (我昨天打網球)
        I ate lunch. (我吃過中餐了)
        It rained this morning. (今天早上有下雨)
        I loved you (我過去是愛你的) => 但現在不愛了
表示過去的習慣動作
   ExI went to school by bike when I was a child. (我小時候都是騎車去上學的)
        He took a walk every morning when he lived in the country.
        (當他住在鄉下時有每天散步的習慣)
過去進行式(past progressive tense)
S + was/were + V-ing
敘述在過去時間正在進行的動作。常與其它句子合用
   ExI was playing tennis when you called. (你打給我的時候我正在打網球)
       Jerry was taking a shower when his friend came. (Jerry的朋友去找他的時候,他正在洗澡)
       When I saw her in the pub, she was playing this song. (我在pub看到她時正播著這首歌)
過去完成式(past perfect tense)
S + had + p.p
過去完成式是不能單獨用的。我們用的時候,必須有另一個事件。也就是說,假如我們有兩件事 A B,兩件事都發生在過去,但 A發生在 B以前,A應該用過去完成式,B則用過去式。過去式的過去式
   ExHe had studied Chinese before he came to Taiwan. (他來台灣以前,曾學過中文)
        It had already snowed before Monday. (週一以前,已經下過雪了)
        He had worked before he dicided to go to college. (他唸大學以前,曾經工作過)
表示過去未實現的願望或計畫。
   ExI had hoped to learn French. (我曾希望學習法文)
過去完成進行式(past perfect progressive tense)與過去完成式無異,只強調動作的連續性
S + had been + V-ing
在兩個過去時間中強調較早發生事件的連續性
   ExHe had been studying before he went to class. (在他來到班上前,已經很認真讀書了)
        =>強調在他來到班上之前的這段時間
       I had been seeing your mother before I was 14 years old. (我十四歲以前,就曾見過你的母親)
       I had been sleeping before you called me. (我在你打電話給我之前已經睡覺了)
現在簡單式(present simple tense)
S + V
表現在發生的動作或狀態
   ExI hear the music. (我聽到音樂)
        I am thirsty. (我很渴)
表習慣性的動作或狀態
   ExI play tennis. (我打網球) => 表示我有打網球的習慣
        It rains often here. (這裡常下雨)
表真理、事實或自然界的現象
   ExThree points define a plane. (三點決定一個平面)
        John loves July. (約翰愛茱莉)
        The sun sets in the west. (太陽從西邊落下)
現在進行式(present progressive tense)
S + am/are/is + V-ing
表示現在正在進行的動作
   ExI am eating lunch. (我正在吃中餐)
        I am playing tennis. (我正在打網球)
        It is raining. (現在正在下雨)
        John is loving July. (X) => love 是一種狀態,不是一種動作,所以要用現在式
表示在近期內即將發生的事情或計畫未來要做的事。
   ExI am leaving here tomorrow. (我將在明天離開)
        He is going to Hong Kong next week. (他將在下個禮拜去香港)
現在完成式(present perfect tense)
S + have + p.p
常和sinceforalreadyneverever等字連用。
表示發生在過去,而一直延續到現在的動作或狀態,這種句子後面常有sincefor
   ExI have studied English since elementary school.
        (我從小學開始學英文) => 現在還在學
        I have played tennis since the second year in graduated school.
        (我從研究所二年級開始打網球)
強調已經完成的事
   ExI have finished my work. (我已經做完我的工作了)
        I have arranged my room. (我已經整理完房間了)

表示一種經驗
   ExI have been America. (我曾到過美國)
        I have seen President Lee. (我曾見過李總統)
        I have worked in the nursing home. (我曾在養老院工作過)
        Jassica has never watched baseball game. (Jassica從未看過棒球比賽)
表示一件過去常發生的事
   ExWe have already had three typhoons so far this year. (今年我國已經有三個颱風了)
        He has already published two papers this year. (他今年已經發表了兩篇論文了)
        It has already rained for half month. (已經下了半個月的雨了)
現在完成進行式(present perfect progressive tense) 與現在完成式無異,強調動作的連續性
S + have been + V-ing
從調從過去到現在一直在進行某件事而沒有間斷
   ExI have been living here since I was a child. (我從小就一直住在這裡)
       I have been working here since I graduated from college. (我從大學畢業後就一直在這工作了)
       He has been acting like a fool lately. (他最近一直在做傻事)
未來簡單式(future simple tense)
S + will/shall + V】【S + be going to + V
表事發生於未來的動作或狀態
   ExI will go home tomorrow.
        I am going to go home tomorrow. (我明天將要回家)
        She will marry next year.
        She is going to marry next year. (他明年要結婚了)
        I shall be twenty years old next month. (我下個月就要20歲了)
表示本人的意志時,助動詞皆用will
   ExNo matter what you say, I will go with you. (不管你說甚麼我都將跟隨你)
        He will join our team. (他將加入我們的隊伍)
未來進行式(future progressive tense)
S + will/shall + be + V-ing
表示未來某一時刻或某一段時間正在進行的動作。
   ExWhat will you be doing this time tomorrow? (你明天的這個時候會做甚麼?)
        We shall be building a new library next month. (我們下個月將正在蓋一棟新的圖書館)
未來進行式的口氣會比未來簡單式婉轉客氣
   ExWhen will you be seeing John? (你甚麼時候會見到John)

可表原因,結果和可能
   ExIf you don't work hard, you will not be passing the exam. (若你不努力,你將沒辦法通過考試)
未來完成式(future perfect tense)
S + will/shall + have + p.p
表示在未來某時刻前已完成的動作或經驗,常與by引導表示未來時間的時間副詞片語連用
   ExI shall have graduated by 2000. 我將在2000年畢業
        I will have left army on April 24th (我將在四月24號退伍)
敘述事情持續到未來某時,已經有若干時間
   ExHe will have worked here for three years by next month. (到下個月他就在這裡工作三年了)
表示推測現在
   ExMary will have received my letter now. (Mary現在應該收到我的信了)
未來完成進行式(future perfect progressive tense)
S + will/shall + have + been + V-ing
表示在未來某時刻開始到未來的一段時間中一直進行,並可能持續進行
   ExI will have been waiting 3 hours when the train arrives.
        (當火車到達時我將已等了3個小時了)

學生作文



給予孩子的建議:

1.     When it comes to / = Speaking of the music, it would like a close friend (accompanying) with me.
è 談論到: When it comes to / = Speaking of  有兩種用法,請參考。
è  Accompany 可加可不加,若一定要加,可用關代省略的方式: Ving() / Vpp()

2.     Since my childhood, I have learned diverse instruments, including / inclusive of piano and cello.
è Since 必與完成式連用! 另外, instruments為可數名詞! GOOD!
è Such as 是較為普通的用法,可嘗試練習 including / inclusive of 的用法。

3.     During the attempt on practice, it was very difficult for me.
è 此句中文為: 在此次嘗試練習的期間。可參考attempt 的用法:
He made an attempt on the world record. 他試圖打破世界記錄。
Her attempt at poetry was a failure. 她嘗試寫詩失敗了。
 My daughter attempts to stand up. 我女兒嘗試著站起來。

4.     With my constant (不間斷的) / earnest (認真的、熱心的) practice, I could perform a whole song and I got the sense of achievement (成就感)
è With 有伴隨、附帶的意思,下次可參考使用。記住!  With 是介係詞,後面必須加名詞。
è The sense of achievement 可用來取代 happy,可嘗試!

5.     Day after day, I can show my talent in the stage and even join / participate in / take part in the music contest.
è Talent 為天賦或是與生俱來的才能,用show來搭配即可。
è 另外,join / participate in / take part in the music contest 是老師自己所想像的! 為什麼要加上去呢? 因為展現才華的方式,其中有一個就是參加比賽,或是到什麼地方去表演。博文可隨意運用自身的經驗,也可以使得文章更有連續感(因為可呼應第四句的成就感,更可呼應最後一句的結論句)

6.     By chance, I deeply felt learning instruments was the most precious growth process in my life.
è By chance 意外地的用法,相似詞還有: by accident = unexpectedly = suddenly = accidentally
è growth process 成長過程來取代thing,是否好些? 是否違反了你的本意呢? 可參考之。

7.     Later 乃較為攏統的用法,可用  as I grew up / when I am being mature 的用法。

英文作文(今昔反差)示範


何謂今昔反差?以下為例。

在小的時候,當我跌倒或是受到挫折之時,祖母都會扶著我起來。
When I fell down / suffer a lot / feel disappointed, my grandmother will pick me up / encourage me / inspire me
長大了,祖母已經過世了,當我跌倒師或是受到挫折之時,那雙曾經扶起我的雙手已經不在了。
As time goes by (隨著時間流逝)my lovely grandmother passed away. When I fell down / suffer a lot / feel disappointed, the hand which / that helps me was disappeared / cannot accompany me / won’t be my side.

在我小的時候,那個市場是我快樂的來源,因為祖父母會帶我去買我喜歡吃的東西。
When I am still young, the market is the origin of the happiness. I can buy whatever I want owing to my grangfather’s concern or careness.
長大以後,舊地重遊了,一樣的攤販,一樣的叫賣聲,但我只能從口袋拿出零錢,買著記憶中熟悉的味道,身邊總覺得缺少了一個熟悉的溫度
When I become / grow / turn to be mature, I visit the same place which / that I am familiar with.
The same vendor and bargaining (討價還價)voice hover over (縈繞,這是我們背過的單字呦)my mind.
I pick the pocket miney (=allowance) from my pocket, and want to find / search for the familiar smell. However, my grandparents was not here! / I stand in the familiar place by meself.

有些字的確會有些難度,但是如果能運用我們會的單字,整篇文章或許會更有情感。另外,也可以先將中文的稿子寫下來,或許內容將會提升另一個檔次。
英文和中文都是一樣的,真誠才能感動人,其實也較好發揮!
