Tag Questions (附加問句)

附加問句：在陳述句(statement)後面加上的簡短問句即為附加問句。問話者為避免武斷、不確定、或期望回答者同意或證實他的說法，在句尾所加上的問句。 Ex: You are tired, aren’t you?   

附加問句的形成方式:

           1.主詞必須為人稱代名詞。Mary   she ； Peter  he

                                   this，that，baby，child  it

                                   To V…

                                                                Ving…        it

                                            these  ； those      they

           2.陳述句是肯定句，附加問句用否定句；

            陳述句是否定句，附加問句用肯定句。(有not,  never,  nothing,  few,  little,  seldom,  hardly…時，屬否定句，

            附加問句用肯定。)

          

           3. S ＋ be ＋…, be ＋ S(代名詞) ＋ not? (動詞和not常縮寫)

             S ＋一般動詞 ＋ …, do (does, did) ＋ S(代名詞) ＋ not?

             S ＋助動詞 ＋動詞 ＋ …, 助動詞  ＋ S(代名詞) ＋not?

           4.有主要子句和附屬子句時，依據主要子句造附加問句。

             If it rains tomorrow, we won’t go camping, _____________?
